Very nice!
"I was a little apprehensive about sizing since I have wide feet, but my usual size in boots fits great! I love the fabric, and I think this lighter brown colorway is a nicer look than the darker version. I can’t wait to get a chance to wear these!"

These Are Showstoppers!
"Was looking for something taupe to wear that wasn’t suede and came across these by chance. On day one at work, folks were actually stopping me in the halls to ask where I’d found them. Great style and very comfortable. For me, they are true to size, but I have a somewhat wider foot and was grateful that these are fabric and not leather. There is a little give in them, and that worked well for me."

Not Up To Taft Standards. . . Jack in Grey Oxblood. .
"It is with regret that I write this review. I love Taft Boots. . . . I now own 7 pairs of Taft boots and 1 pair of shoes and I have written about the quality and the creative design with appreciation. I’m sure that I’ll continue to buy the product, however, when I saw the Jack in Grey Oxblood that I’d been eyeing go on sale and then go on sale again. . . I jumped to buy them. . . thinking, why are they on double discount sale? I had just purchased some Jack’s in brown paisley on sale that I’d been wanting for over a year and they are amazing, hand crafted, Just what I expected. . . . Then I received the Grey Oxbloods. . . and they are no where near the same quality. The Sole is stitched but it seems to be with inferior materials, some kind of rubber?. . . If the interior is leather, it’s not the normal thickness or quality. They had a very strong oder of glue and plastic. . . a very light black plastic/rubber sole that seems also to be below the standard of my other Taft boots. . . . Now, I only paid a fraction of the price because of the double mark-down, but, I was disappointed at the quality difference, nevertheless. Bottom line: If I had paid full price or even the first mark down at $200, I’d have felt that Taft had pulled a bait and switch. Full transparency: I’ll be keeping them for the “look”, but, I know they are not the same as my other boots and unless you can get them at the double discount, I would not purchase them. I hope Taft will not offer this kind of inferior product in the future without an honest price point below their better quality products. That these were offered at the same price as the others at one time, was a mistake on the companies part, in my opinion. They may have reduced them to remedy that oversight, however, I would implore them to keep up the creativity and quality that they’ve built a deserved reputation on."

Beautiful new boots at a great price
"I've been a long-time Taft customer, and I've been wanting to add these to the collection for a while now. The recent clearance was the push I needed. I'm so happy with the purchase, and I got really lucky that my size was on clearance. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase."

Love this style
"This is yet another amazing style from Taft. I have been a loyal customer with about 20 pairs. So sad that this will be my last as the company has chosen to no longer make a size 7. Good thing they had a sale and I could buy replacements for some of the earlier styles I have. Maybe someday they will reconsider their size options. Wishing you the best as I look for a new company."

Yup, I Did It Again -- Love these boots
"Dragonflies are my personal mascot. So I had to order a pair of the dragonfly boots. I worried they'd just be a novelty, and that the quality and workmanship might not match the images on the website. So I bought the dark brown ones and love them. I feel good about myself whenever I wear them. When the light ones went on sale, I hesitated for a just a second, but then I got them and I am happy again. Beautiful boots. Distinctive, stylish, high quality."

Outstanding First Impression & Exceptional Craftsmanship
"As a full-time model based in Calgary, Canada, I’m always looking for footwear that stands out both in quality and style. I ordered this pair for an upcoming photoshoot, and since Taft doesn’t currently ship directly to Canada, I had it delivered to a friend in the U. S. , who will be forwarding it to me. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to wear them yet, my friend was genuinely impressed by the craftsmanship, premium materials, and overall finish. He even said they’re absolutely worth the price and is now planning to buy a pair for himself after seeing them in person. The ordering process was smooth, and my first impression of Taft has been excellent. I’m looking forward to styling these boots for my upcoming shoot and can already see myself adding more pairs to my wardrobe in the future. As someone who is actively building my modeling career, I’d also love the opportunity to collaborate with Taft in the future. I think your designs would be a great fit for fashion editorials and lifestyle campaigns, and I’d be excited to showcase them in upcoming creative projects."

Delicate beauty with shine & pop!
"Not as thrilled with this boot as many of my others (I have 8 Taft pairs total). Craftsmanship less quality than I’ve come to expect. Structure/form of the boot around the right heel/achilles pinches in/rubs more than the left boot. Beautiful satin/silky material, but extremely delicate, already had some dirt marks, sticky/tacky spots, maybe from handling during manufacturing? Concerned it is going to be very difficult to keep these looking nice if they get wet and likely hard to clean them if they get any dirt on them at all. Nervous and I haven’t even worn them yet."
