I'll start with that these are the first footwear I've had that got compliments on day 1 (and probably the most to date). They're very comfortable for the most part - they definitely have a breaking in period (reminds me of my old army boots in that regard) but once they're broken in, they're amazing (and it's mostly around the heel that I've had issues).
Everything about these scream quality, from the leather bits through to the wool/denim blue bits. They have a sturdy weight to them that's makes them feel solid without being overly heavy (I'd say they're only slightly heavier than the Sketcher sneakers I wear on most days). I won't lie - I like them so much, I don't wear them for fear of scuffing them.

I'll add for reference that my feet are already on the narrow-ish size of things so I was a little surprised that I'd run into issues there (really not a big deal, though, it's very minor).
- The sizing is off compared to most shoes. I wear a 9.5, generally speaking, but went with a 9 based on reviews and recommendations and even then, its pretty spacious as far as length goes (so, combined with the top note, they're narrow and long compared to most shoes I've…
