"My initial order never arrived, the carrier is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. When I filed my claim, I requested several times for the replacement NOT to be shipped via the same carrier. Received tracking info yesterday and to my disappointment, the same carrier was used. Hoping for the best but at this point, I’m very displeased."
