"Been 2 weeks since I bought a pair. Still haven’t received them. They say shipping is free, then force you to pay $10 at check out as “return / exchange” insurance. They don’t send you a tracking link, instead you have to download an app to see the shipping status. Emailed them to try to get info, within 1 minute I received a reply from an AI bot giving me no update and saying to be patient. Spent $325 on a pair of loafers to not even receive them. Classic spend all your money on advertising as a company to only lose the customer before they even receive their product. 2 weeks, no shoes, but emailed me asking me to leave a review, so here it is."
