Defective Rome Boots & Sizing Issue with Sterling Loafers

"Unfortunately, the boots arrived looking as though they had already been tried on. The laces were loose, there were no protective inserts inside, and the inside of the shoebox was dirty. More concerning, when I tried them on, I felt something sharp inside one boot. After inspecting it, I found that one of the internal metal studs was protruding through the lining, making the boot uncomfortable to wear. This is clearly a quality control issue and should never have passed inspection. I expected much better from a brand in this price range."

"I wrote an email a few weeks ago about some boots I bought 2 years ago. The toe box was too low and I thought it would stretch out after they broke in a bit. So they recommended buying a half size bigger. Bought a half size bigger on sale and the toe box is the same. Now Im stuck with a pair of boots I cant wear because the sale was final. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me."

"I ordered these for myself as a fathers day gift. they were shipped fairly quickly. I will say these boots are beautiful, and I couldn't wait to try them. But that was when disappointment happened. They are definitely narrow. I fit and leather shoes from Clark's at size 15 D, these boots definitely run narrow. they weren't just snug, they were painful. Hopefully you guys can get boots in that are wider. I was really hoping they fit well so I could order them in oro viejo as well"
