"I always wait to write reviews for at least 6 months after a purchase. It allows me to put some use into products and understand the value. Taft has knocked it out of the park with this boot. I love my Jack boots. I have them in brown and black. I needed about a 1/2 size smaller. I usually wear a 10 and I wear a 9. 5 in Taft. The leather on these are SO good. Almost a year later and the boot looks new out of the box condition. The soles are not even showing any wear. The EDEN pattern is so unique. I have partners all over the US and Mexico ask me in all our interactions about where I got these thins. I love the compliments. Truly a premium product. RC"

The difference in build quality is crazy, this new pair has plastic/nylon where there was once leather and the overall construction of the boot feels so much cheaper."
