Tough Sizing but great customer service
"The sizing runs a bit big, I bought a pair for my lady and she's a size 8 usually but for Taft it's more like a 6 but other than that solid quality. I had to do a return and their customer service went above and beyond I have to say to help me at every turn. It was a little difficult though to get through to them on the first try but was the holiday season so. Only suggestion I would make is to add an imperial or metric measurement to the sizing chart."

"I have been trying to buy my husband a pair of these shoes for 2yrs now. The shoes are BEAUTIFUL,but the dilemma is that they run very small. The shoes don't have enough stretch for a person with a some what wide foot. We have bought our 2nd pair and this time my husband had decided to keep the shoe and just try each day to get his foot father down in the shoes. I'm hoping this works"

"Got these for a wedding outfit & thought they would only go with certain outfits but to my surprise they go fantastic with so much. Much more versatile than I initially expected. The rose gold accents are so sharp and they really bring out the ornate stitching of the dragonfly’s. I’ve never received more compliments on a pair of shoes. These are dope af!"
