Most painful shoe ever
I have around 7-8 pairs of TAFT boots/shoes and they are all extremely easy to break in and very comfortable, EXCEPT for this shoe. I got them from the Seconds Sale, so that may be a factor, but these shoes were so painful and cut into my heel (with regular dress socks, not no-show socks) over a period of 2-3 hours. I literally had to take them off at a wedding and wear slides at the end of the night. I have enjoyed this brand since I bought my first pair in 2017 and even bought my wedding shoes from them, but their customer service is not great. I would hope after giving them by business for as many pairs I've bought, I would have gotten some benefit of the doubt. How do they expect you to assess if they are comfortable without wearing them?
This was my first pair getting from their Seconds Sale and if that is indeed the reason, they should not be selling faulty and potentially painful footwear
