I know plain white sneakers are a hot thing right now but I think these are so much better. The inclusion of a couple primary colors helps these shoes match with almost any outfit, and the fact that they're still mostly white allows them to match with everything else. The pattern/weave has a bit of a herringbone vibe so bonus points if you can match with a jacket or scarf or something.
I haven't worn them too much just yet but they are a little stiff right out of the box and will need a little breaking in before you can wear them for a full day. When first putting them on I suggest using your finger to help develop that first crease up near the toes as you take your first steps. The interior is leather so I'm not quite sure how hot these shoes might get in the summer but I think once things break in it shouldn't be a problem.
My one gripe with the sneakers is the same one I have with all Taft shoes and that is that they're missing half sizes. I am a true men's 9.5 so the size 10 I ordered are just a touch large on me. Luckily because they are sneakers they tighten down pretty nicely and there isn't too much excess room once tightened.
All in all if you're looking for some white sneakers, give these some serious consideration.
