- Returns/exchanges are free when Checkout Plus is used (includes the fee for package protection and free returns). Otherwise, there is a cost to return which will be at the customer's expense.
- You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
