"Sizing runs small. Very poor customer service."
"This is a beautiful shoe, but I could barely get my foot in it. The length was an issue, but also the height of the shoe. It was a struggle to even start to place my foot in. Also, I tried 3 different means of contacting the company. Two different emails and the number listed on their website. Nothing. Go ahead and try to call their “customer service” line and see for yourself, it’s disconnected. I ended up having to resell these shoes myself, for about half of what I paid for them. I will never purchase from this company again."
"Fits very small, no customer support. Tried three different modes of talking to customer support: phone call, two different email addresses. Nothing. The shoes are well-made and beautiful, and I would love to exchange for a larger size, but alas, no response."
"These are beautiful, well made shoes. I am a true size 10, which is what I ordered and they were a minimum of 1/2 size too small I tried to re-order a larger size and they are out of stock without knowing when they would be back in stock."
