Kudu Leather is one of our favorite articles and is unfortunately rarely used for sneakers due to its high cost. The Greater Kudu leather comes from Southern Africa and the skins are tanned in the UK, utilizing the natural oils and waxes to enhance the natural character of the hide rather than trying to hide the blemishes, scars, and marks that make this leather so special. Kudu is one of the strongest and softest leathers, making kudu supreme for footwear because of its instant comfort and durability over time.

Beautiful Shoes. Beautiful Prices.
Handmade in Europe by experienced artisans, every pair is made with precision, patience and decades of experience. We are advocates of ethical fashion.
In a world of poorly made shoes, TAFT products are built to last. Every pair is hand-cut and Blake-stitched using vegetable-tanned leathers from top European tanneries and mills. Your shoes will look beautiful right out of the box, and for years to come.
By selling exclusively online, we save our customers an average of $200 a pair. You can compare the quality of our shoes to $500 shoes you’d find sitting on the shelves at big box stores. From the beginning, we’ve wanted nothing more than to offer high quality at a lower price.
What is my Taft shoe size?
Our shoes are made true to size. If you typically wear a size 9, you can order a size 9 in Taft shoes.
We only offer whole sizes...if you typically wear a half-size, we strongly recommend that you size down. For example, if you wear a size 10.5, we recommend that you size down to a 10.
If you have any specific questions, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help!
The shoe I want is sold out... what should I do?
We are working hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your size available. We will try and bring back older styles as often as possible. Be sure to sign up for the Back-in-Stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when a shoe is back in stock.
How long will it take to receive my order?
