The Jack Boot in Industrial
Meet the Jack Boot in Industrial. This boot will turn heads. We had a vision of what this design could be and sought out the best, most unique materials to make it a reality. The wool is naturally water resistant and wears beautifully. While you're sure to stand out in this boot, we love that it's still incredibly versatile. Pair it with jeans and your favorite sweater, or a denim shirt.

I love these shoes! They look great and fit well, I wear a women's 8.5 and the general advice is to scale down 1.5 sizes for men's sizes. A size 7 of Taft shoes fits me well. The edge of the boot can be a bit uncomfortable if you do the laces all the way up, but I don't think it's really meant for that anyways, I keep the laces the way it ships, about 4 eyes down. My only complaint is that the boot came with a small tear in the cloth. It's in a inconspicuous spot so I don't mind, but it makes me worried about future maintainability issues as the cloth seems more delicate than leather and doesn't wear as well. For a resolable shoe maintainability is important to me.
The shoes look great with jeans
I'm loving them so far. They aaalllmost fit perfectly. I have a bit of a wide foot, so they fit me kind of narrow. Other than that they fit great. I get compliments on these ALL the time. I am a missionary, so I am normally dressed in a shirt and tie. I wear these when I'm feeling a little spicy, and I get compliments on them every single time I wear them! They pair very nicely with my mid-grey birdseye suit. I was somewhat skeptic about the wool, but I reckon they're going to hold up for a long time. And of course the inside lining is what really helps with that. Definitely love the look! Overall, I am very satisfied. Will definitely have to get another pair when I'm not a broke lil' missionary boy! I almost wish they didn't have the combat sole, but at the same time I think they're very unique and bold... And that's a good thing!
I wore them to a wedding and got nothing but compliments.
These are my first Taft boots and they won’t be my last. Such a great looking and versatile boot.
