Bold Styles, Unique Designs

We design with boldness in mind to ensure that all our products are as unique and stylish as you. You will not find shoes like this anywhere else.

Full-Grain Leathers

We only use vegetable-tanned, chromium-free, full-grain leathers. These high-quality leathers make our shoes durable and comfortable. We partner with some of the best mills and tanneries in the world to produce bold and unique styles.

Handmade by Artisans

Every product is hand made by a generational shoemaker in Spain or Portugal. Every piece of leather is painted and stained by hand to give a beautiful finish that is unique to each shoe. The entire process of making a TAFT item is guided by human touch, allowing us to use only the best sections of the leather.

Winning minimalism

My 2nd pair of Taft sneakers, and I think my 16th pair of Taft, total. I’ve shopped lots of leather sneakers online, and there are lots of minimalist sneakers out there, but they’re all the same—just plain shoes that don’t stand out against less expensive options. These Fifth Ave in black are Taft for the win in style! They look even better in person. I also copped the orange last month (f-ing brilliant shoes). Only problem is, Taft is currently out of stock in the yellow!

GREAT stylish black sneakers

These are wonderfully comfortable shoes. Good style to work for many different occasions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new pair of black sneakers!

How To Measure

For fail proof measure please take the time to measure your foot.
  1. Put a piece of paper on the ground next to a wall
  2. Standing firmly on the piece of paper with your heel slightly touching the wall, mark the paper where your foot is the longest (most likely at the tip of your big toe)
  3. With a ruler, measure the distance from the wall to the mark on the paper (indicating the longest part of your foot)
  4. Take that measurement and match it with a measurement in the “Inches” column in the size chart.
    • Wear socks when measuring your feet
    • Measure your feet at the end of the day, as your feet tend to expand throughout the day
    • Measure both of your feet, as one may be bigger than the other
