What and when is the sale?

Thursday Aug 26, 10am MST. 20%-60% off all samples, surplus, seconds, and sunset styles.

What products will be available?

This highly anticipated sale has limited inventory featuring over 60 of your favorite styles, once they’re gone… they’re gone!

What is a second?

A Second is a pair of shoes from our factory that has a minor cosmetic or aesthetic imperfection which we deem unsellable at our normal prices. The imperfections with these shoes will never be structural and will not affect the comfort or longevity of the shoes. Because of the heavily discounted nature of this product, all seconds purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges will be offered on this product. These items are titled "Seconds, Final Sale".

What is a surplus, sample, or sunset?

We either made too much of this product, decided to “sunset” this style (meaning it will no longer be available), or this was a sample ordered from our factory. These items are first quality goods and do not have seconds imperfections. Because of the heavily discounted nature of this product, all warehouse purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges will be offered on these products. These items are titled "Warehouse, Final Sale" during the sale.

Do you accept Warehouse Sale returns?

All products are FINAL SALE. No returns. No exchanges.

Order changes & mistakes

Once an order is submitted, it immediately goes to our warehouse. If you made a mistake or need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 30 minutes. We'll happily attempt to correct your order if it is still pending with our warehouse and has not been picked and ready for shipment. We cannot guarantee any changes will be reflected after the 30 minute mark.

Do I need a promo code to access the sale?

You can shop the sale 40% off plus an additional 15% off with code VIPSALE

Can I use a promo code for an additional discount?

All prices will be as marked. All other discount codes, including first-time purchase offers, referral codes, and review rewards won't be permitted during the sale. If you have a gift card you would like to use, you may apply it to your purchase.

Issues at checkout?

If you experience any issues at checkout like the page not loading or requiring multiple re-loads and it leads to multiple 'pending' charges on your card or bank account - don't worry! These are just temporary holds that won't move beyond a 'pending' status. In other words, you will NOT be charged twice for one pair of boots/shoes, even if in the short term it may appear that way.

Please note that Afterpay is available as a payment option at checkout AFTER you have input the customer information, selected your shipping method, and are at the payment step.

TIP: Make an account on the site

To make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible, please make an account on the website before the sale. Many people skip this step, but this is often the difference between you getting the shoe you want or seeing it sell out at checkout. 

Your cart selection is not reserved until you click the button to actually submit payment. Adding the product to cart is not enough. Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and ensures you get the shoe and size you need.

TIP: Know which items you want

We expect many styles to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which pairs you want and be ready. If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available during or after the sale.

What if I don't know my size?

Please know your size before the sale begins. 

For boots and shoes: You can find your size by visiting any product page and navigating to "Find my size" above the size selection boxes (the sizing guide is specific to each shoe).

For Sneakers: we recommend ordering your normal size, and if you wear a half size, size up.

You can also text us, email us, ask a friend who already owns a pair, or reach out on social media if you aren’t 100% sure. Knowing your size is critical.

What if the style I want is out of stock?

No rainchecks will be offered. Styles and sizes must be in stock to receive the sale price.

How To Measure

For fail proof measure please take the time to measure your foot.
  1. Put a piece of paper on the ground next to a wall
  2. Standing firmly on the piece of paper with your heel slightly touching the wall, mark the paper where your foot is the longest (most likely at the tip of your big toe)
  3. With a ruler, measure the distance from the wall to the mark on the paper (indicating the longest part of your foot)
  4. Take that measurement and match it with a measurement in the “Inches” column in the size chart.
    • Wear socks when measuring your feet
    • Measure your feet at the end of the day, as your feet tend to expand throughout the day
    • Measure both of your feet, as one may be bigger than the other

Sizing Guide

All Taft shoes are designed to match standard US dress shoe sizes. However, to ensure the perfect fit, please make sure:

All our shoes are standard D width. If you have wide feet, please select next size up.
size inbetween
If you wear in-between sizes, please size down for Taft boots and shoes.
