Step by Step Return/Exchange Process

All returned or exchanged shoes must be in new, unworn condition.

  1. Input your Order # and your Zip Code.
  2. Select the product from your order you want to return or exchange.
  3. Choose Return or Exchange
    1. If Exchanging,
      • Select the different size
    2. If Returning,
      • Choose to shop with instore credit (to browse current inventory)
      • Choose refund to gift card (to use for future purchase)
      • Choose refund to credit card
  1. Choose the Return Reason
  2. Print the return label
  3. Package and ship the shoes (Shoes must be in unworn condition)
  4. When packaging up the shoes, please include all the original contents that came with the shoes.

When will my new shoes ship?

  • Your new pair will ship once the return label is scanned by the shipper.

When will my gift card (in-store credit) be issued?

  • Your gift card (in-store credit) will be issued once the return label is scanned by the shipper.

When will my refund be processed?

  • Your refund will be processed once the old pair is received and processed at our warehouse.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours to process the shoes once they are received
