Sales Info & Tips
The styles that are currently on the site will be available during the sale as well as a Last Chance collection of non-seasonal and soon-to-be discontinued styles. Some styles may be sold out and will not be restocked for the sale. If there is a style you want and quantities are limited currently, we recommend that you purchase before the sale.
Due to the increase in order volume that comes with the holiday sale, our usual 24-hour shipping time is not possible. We expect to have all orders placed during the sale fulfilled and shipped out by Wednesday, December the 2nd. When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of your product. Returns will NOT be free on products purchased during the sale. We try to offer a great value year-round (not just during a sale) and because of this, our margins can not support free returns on products that are purchased at a discount. Returns will be $10 per pair of shoes ordered (automatically deducted from the amount of the refund). During the sale if you are within the window to return a recent order and the shoes are unworn and the style/size is available during the sale, then a price adjustment may be made in the form of a refund.
Returns will NOT be accepted on any item purchased from the Last Chance collection. All Last Chance products are FINAL SALE.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges will be accepted on items purchased during the sale (excluding Last Chance products) until January 15, 2021. We are extending beyond our usual exchange policy to better serve those that are gifting shoes and may need to exchange for a different size.
Exchanges will still be free, but we cannot guarantee that we will have the style you need in-stock. We expect things to sell out very quickly and most likely, the shoes you need will not be available to accommodate an exchange. If this is the case, you can exchange for store credit.
Exchanges will NOT be offered on styles that are unavailable or out of stock during the sale. Exchanges will NOT be offered on a style other than what you ordered. For example, if you ordered the Jack Boot in Black during the sale, you may not exchange for the Jack Boot in Grey/Oxblood (which was already sold out during the sale).
Once an order is submitted, it immediately goes to our warehouse. If you made a mistake or need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 30 minutes. We'll happily attempt to correct your order if it is still pending with our warehouse and has not been picked and ready for shipment. We cannot guarantee any changes will be reflected after the 30 minute mark.
There is no discount code for this sale. All prices will be as marked for easy shopping.
All prices will be as marked. All other discount codes, including first-time purchase offers, referral codes, and review rewards won't be permitted during the sale. If you have in-store credit or a gift card you would like to use, you may apply it to your purchase.
If you experience any issues at checkout like the page not loading or requiring multiple re-loads and it leads to multiple 'pending' charges on your card or bank account - don't worry! These are just temporary holds that won't move beyond a 'pending' status. In other words, you will NOT be charged twice for one pair of boots/shoes, even if in the short term it may appear that way.
In an effort to make our products more accessible, we have partnered with Afterpay to offer a monthly payment option at checkout. Shop now. Enjoy now. Pay later. Please note that Afterpay is available as a payment option at checkout AFTER you have input the customer information, selected your shipping method, and are at the payment step.
We expect many styles to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which pairs you want and be ready. If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available during or after the sale.
No rainchecks will be offered. Styles and sizes must be in stock to receive the sale price. (Exception: Jack Boot in Eden - this item is a PRESALE boot and will ship by Jan 15, 2021)
Please know your size before the sale begins.
For boots and shoes: You can find your size by visiting any product page and navigating to "Find my size" above the size selection boxes (the sizing guide is specific to each shoe).
For Sneakers: we recommend ordering your normal size, and if you wear a half size, size up.
You can also text us, email us, ask a friend who already owns a pair, or reach out on social media if you aren’t 100% sure. Knowing your size is critical.
To make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible, please make an account on the website before the sale. Many people skip this step, but this is often the difference between you getting the shoe you want or seeing it sell out at checkout.
Your cart selection is not reserved until you click the button to actually submit payment. Adding the product to cart is not enough. Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and ensures you get the shoe and size you need.
