We only run two sales a year and this is one of them. To help make the most of this chance, we put together a guide.

Sale Information and Tips


WHAT PRODUCTS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

The styles that are currently on the site will be available during the sale as well as a Last Chance collection of heavily discounted items. Last Chance items are styles we are retiring. Some styles may be sold out and will not be restocked for the sale. If there is a style you want and quantities are limited currently, we recommend that you purchase before the sale.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP? 

Due to the increase in order volume that comes with the holiday sale, our usual 24-hour shipping time is not possible. We expect to have all orders placed during the sale fulfilled and shipped out by Thursday, November 29th. When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. 


RETURNS 

Returns will NOT be free on products purchased during the sale. We try to offer a great value year-round (not just during a sale) and because of this, our margins can not support free returns on products that are purchased at a discount. Returns will be $15 per pair of shoes ordered (automatically deducted from the amount of the refund). During the sale if you are within the window to return a recent order and the shoes are unworn and the style/size is available during the sale, then a price adjustment may be made in the form of a refund. 

Returns will NOT be accepted on any item purchased from the Last Chance collection. All Last Chance products are FINAL SALE. 


EXCHANGES

EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges will be accepted on shoes purchased during the sale (excluding Last Chance products) up to 45 days from the date of purchase. We are extending beyond our usual exchange policy to better serve those that are gifting shoes and may need to exchange for a different size. 

Exchanges will still be free, but we can not guarantee that we will have the style you need in-stock. We expect things to sell out very quickly and most likely, the shoes you need will not be available to accommodate an exchange. If this is the case, you can exchange for store credit.

Exchanges will NOT be offered on styles that are unavailable or out of stock during the sale. Exchanges will NOT be offered on a style other than what you ordered. For example, if you ordered the Jack Boot in Black during the sale, you may not exchange for the Jack Boot in Grey/Oxblood (which was already sold out during the sale). 


DISCOUNT CODES 

All discount codes, including first-time purchase offers, will be disabled and cannot be combined/stacked during the sale. If you have in-store credit or a gift card you would like to use, go ahead and make your purchase using your credit card. Then, chat or email customer support (support@taftclothing.com) for assistance refunding your order for the amount of in-store credit or gift card.


KNOW WHAT ITEMS YOU WANT 

We expect many styles to sell out within the first minutes of the sale. Please check out the site ahead of time, know your size, and know which pairs you want and be ready. If you really want something, get it now. It may not be available during the sale. 


SIZING

Please know your size before the sale begins. HERE is a link to our size guide - please use it. Measure both your feet to assure you get the best fit. You can text us, email us, ask a friend who already owns a pair, or reach out on social media if you aren’t 100% sure. Knowing your size is critical (remember although exchanges will be free of charge, returns are not free during the sale).

MAKE AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE 

To make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible, please make an account on the website before the sale. Many people skip this step, but this is often the difference between you getting the shoe you want or seeing it sell out at checkout. 

Your cart selection is not reserved until you click the button to actually submit payment. Adding the product to cart is not enough. Making an account ahead of time automatically fills out your billing and shipping information so that you can jump straight to the payment page and ensure you get the shoe and size you need.
